Our monthly "meetings" are more like "parties": We hire a special guest artist or well-known band to entertain our members as they gather to socialize, dance, or just hang out and listen to some great LIVE music. Doors open at 11:30 a.m., music starts at noon and continues till 5:00 p.m. We meet at the Dante Club where there's good food and a full-service bar. Admission is $7 for members and $12 for non-members. Students (age 12-20): student members $3; student non-members $5. Under 12: free. (Directions below.)
You'll find three rooms playing live music simultaneously! Our guest musicians play on the Main Stage, our "Gold Card Musicians" play in Le Cabaret, and then there are the jam sessions that take place in the Tailgate Room. Once a month, we feature a local youth band on Main Stage at noon (Set 1), then again in the Tailgate Room for Set 3. (Five sets x 3 rooms = a lotta music!)

(Saturday, not Sunday. When I was talking this up last night, I got it confused with the Sunday Hucklebucks concert on Sunday)
An East Sacramento tradition that has become renowned for showcasing some of the finest musical talent in California, the Pops in the Park Concert Series offers a relaxing evening in the park with entertainment from live bands. Food and beverage vendors will also be there to help complete the night with a taste of Sacramento cuisine. Everyone is invited to come and enjoy this free concert featuring the Zydeco music of Tom Rigney & Flambeau. A portion of the money raised from food & beverage sales will go to benefit park improvements.
